How do quotes work?
Every quote is sent by email, usually within one business day. It shows the exact price for your size, board, print and quantity.
Our site lists boxes from $0.30 a box. Your own figure depends on the job. You can start one on the quote request page.
What happens when I approve a proof?
We send a free design proof before anything is printed. Look it over for sizes, spelling, colors and logo placement.
Approval is your go-ahead. We make the boxes to the proof you sign off on, and production does not start without it.
Why are my boxes treated as made-to-order goods?
Each order is cut and printed to your inside length, width and height. Nobody else can use boxes made to your size and artwork.
For that reason, we do not take back boxes that match your approved proof. Problems with the order itself are covered under misprints and damage below.
Who owns the artwork I send?
You keep ownership of your logos, images and text. By sending them, you tell us you have the right to print them.
You also agree to answer for any claim that your artwork infringes someone else's rights. Our designers can help with layout, but the content stays yours to clear.
How long does production take?
Production runs 4 to 6 business days after you approve the proof. The clock starts on approval, not when you first request a quote.
If something could push your date back, we tell you as soon as we know. Details on timing live in the help center.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is free and tracked to any US address. Transit takes 2 to 3 business days once your boxes leave production.
Please give us a full street address and a zip code that is correct. Boxes sent to a wrong address because of a typo on your order are not our error.
What if my boxes arrive misprinted or damaged?
Report a misprint, damage or defect within 10 days of arrival, with photos. We will reprint the boxes or refund you.
Color that matches your approved proof is not a misprint. Our returns page explains how to send your photos.
What other terms apply?
These terms cover every order placed on this site. Anything we agree with you by email about a specific job applies to that job only.
Our responsibility on any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales.

Is the price on the site my final price?
No. The site shows boxes from $0.30 a box. Your final figure is the one in your emailed quote.
Do I pay for the design proof?
No. The design proof is free, and so is layout help from our designers. You only pay once you decide to order.
What does proof approval commit me to?
It tells us to make the boxes exactly as shown. Check every size, spelling and color before you sign off.
Can you start printing before I approve?
No. Nothing is printed until the proof is approved. Production time is counted from that approval.
Why can't I return boxes I simply don't want?
Boxes are made to your size and print, so we can't resell them. Boxes that match your approved proof are not taken back.
How long until my order arrives?
Production takes 4 to 6 business days after approval. Then tracked shipping takes 2 to 3 business days.
Do I pay anything extra to ship my custom printed boxes?
No. Tracked shipping to any US address is included in your quote at no extra cost. We ship to US addresses only.
What if some boxes are wrong or crushed?
Email us photos within 10 days of arrival. We reprint the boxes or refund you.
Is there a limit to what you owe if something goes wrong?
Yes. Our responsibility on an order is capped at what you paid for that order.
