What information do we collect?

We collect what you type into our forms. That means your name, email address and phone number.

It also covers your box sizes, quantities and notes. If you attach artwork or other files, we receive those too.

You can send these through the quote request form or the page where you place your logo.

How do we use your details?

We use them for one purpose: to quote and fulfill your order. That includes sending your quote by email and preparing your free design proof.

Once you approve the proof, we use the same details to print, pack and ship your boxes.

What happens to files you upload?

Artwork and layout files go to our designers and production team. They use them to build your proof and print your job.

We do not publish your files or use them for our own marketing.

Do you sell or share personal data?

No. We never sell your personal data, and we do not rent it to advertisers.

Your name, shipping address and phone number go to the carrier that brings your boxes to your zip code. They get only what they need to complete the shipment. See our shipping information for how orders travel.

Which analytics and cookies does the site use?

We run Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Both help us see which pages people read and where visitors get stuck.

They place cookies in your browser and record general activity, such as pages viewed and clicks. We use that to improve the site, not to find out who you are.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

How do we handle email, chat and WhatsApp?

We email you about your quote, proof and order. We write to you about the job you asked us to do.

Messages you type into live chat are saved so our team can read and reply. WhatsApp chats are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.

How can you ask us to delete your data?

Email info@ordercardboardboxes.com and tell us what you want removed. Use the same address you gave us on your form so we can find your record.

We will reply by email and confirm once it is done. We may keep a few records if we need them to handle an open order or a reported problem.
