What are your hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Eastern. Messages sent outside those hours wait in line for the next business day.
How soon will I hear back?
Within one business day. Your price per box is sent by email in the quote, and prices start from $0.30 a box.
Can I phone you to talk through an order?
Yes. Call (503) 461-4788 and a packaging rep will go over sizes, board and print with you. Have your box dimensions handy if you can.
What should I include when I ask for a quote?
Send the inside length, width and height in inches, the quantity and the print you want. A short note on what goes inside helps too.
Can I send a photo of the box I use now?
Yes. Lay a tape measure next to the box before you take the photo. It helps our team match the size.
How do I send my artwork?
Attach the files to an email at info@ordercardboardboxes.com. If you have no artwork yet, our designers will help with the layout at no charge.
Can I visit to look at samples?
We take orders by phone, email and WhatsApp. Your quote and design proof both arrive by email, so you can review them before anything is printed.
Can you help me pick the right box?
Yes. Tell us what you are packing, how heavy it feels and how it will ship. We will suggest a style and a board.
How do I track my order?
Shipping is tracked. Tracking details are emailed to you once your order ships, and transit takes 2 to 3 business days.
Who do I contact if my boxes arrive damaged or misprinted?
Email info@ordercardboardboxes.com with photos within 10 days. Misprints, damage and defects are reprinted or refunded.
Can I change an order after I approve the proof?
Reach out right away by phone or email. We will tell you what can still be changed before production starts.
