How long does production take?
The clock starts when you approve your free design proof. Nothing is made before that.
Plain and printed boxes both take 4–6 business days to produce. Print choices and finishes do not change that window.
How much is shipping, and how fast is it?
Shipping is free to any US address. Every order goes out tracked.
Once your boxes leave us, they spend 2–3 business days in transit.
What does the whole timeline look like?
Add up the steps below to plan your launch date. Most buyers allow about two weeks from first email to boxes in hand. Request your quote to start the clock.

How do I track my order?
When your boxes ship, we email you a tracking link. Open it any time to see where the package is.
Check your spam folder if the email does not show up. Still nothing? Contact us and we will resend it.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, until the order ships. Email us the new street address and zip code as soon as you know.
Once a package is on its way, the address is locked in. Plan ahead if you are moving or sending to an event.
How are the boxes packed for shipping?
Most boxes ship flat, which keeps the package compact and protects the creases. You fold and assemble them on arrival.
Rigid or round styles may ship differently. Your quote tells you what to expect for your job.

What should I check when my boxes arrive?
Open one carton and look at the print, the size and the board. Do this soon after delivery.
If something is wrong, report it within 10 days with photos. Our returns and reprint policy explains the next steps.
- Count the cartons against your tracking email.
- Photograph any outer damage before you open them.
- Fold one box and check the fit against your product.
- Compare the print to your approved proof.
- Email us photos within 10 days if anything looks off.
Where do you ship?
We ship to any US address, including homes, offices, shops and warehouses. Free shipping applies to every one of them.
If you need your boxes sent to a fulfillment partner, give us their full address when you approve the proof.

Yes. Every box order ships free to any US address, and each one goes out with tracking.
How many days until my boxes reach me?
Once you sign off on the proof, your boxes take 4–6 business days to make. Then they travel for 2–3 business days. Plan for roughly 6–9 business days in total.
When does the production clock start?
It starts at proof approval, not when you first contact us. We make nothing until you sign off.
Do plain boxes ship faster than printed ones?
No. Both follow the same 4–6 business day production window after proof approval.
Will I get a tracking number?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. It lets you follow the package to your door.
Can you ship outside the United States?
No. We ship to US addresses only.
Can I send my order to a different address than my billing one?
Yes. Give us the shipping address and zip code you want, and we will use it.
What if I need to change the address after ordering?
Email us right away. We can update it any time before the order ships, but not after.
Can I get my boxes overnight?
No. Standard transit is 2–3 business days, and production comes first. Plan your schedule around both.
Do my custom printed boxes ship flat or already folded?
Most ship flat to save space and protect the creases. You fold and assemble them on arrival.
My boxes arrived damaged. What do I do?
Take photos and email us within 10 days. Damaged, defective or misprinted boxes are reprinted or refunded.
